Vendor Applicant Information.

The Milford Farmers' Market is actively seeking new vendors. If you are a New Hampshire vendor looking for a venue, please contact the Market Coordinator, Noreen O'Connell via e-mail at noreenoc@comcast.net.

Rules for Vendors

• Products sold at this market are limited to those grown or made in New Hampshire.
• Up to 25% of the products sold by the vendor may be purchased for resale, but these must be New Hampshire grown or made.
• Annual dues are determined each year at the annual meeting held at a mutually convenient time at the beginning of each year.
• Market hours are from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
• Market starts in June when enough farms have produce ready. The market ends when farms are out of produce to sell.
• This market is not intended for unloading produce at below-market value prices. Pricing is based on using the New Hampshire Weekly Market Bulletin as a guide.
• Vendors must start by mid-July and are expected to be present every Saturday until their produce is at the end of its season. Exceptions to this rule can be made with the agreement of the majority of the vendors.
• Vendors are expected to keep their areas clean.
• Vendors not coming to the market should notify the Market Coordinator by Friday before the market.
