Butternut Farm: (one of the founders of this market 38 years ago!): Vegetables, herbs, dried flowers, cut flowers, eggs, goat meat (ground and kabobs), goat milk, goat milk cheese and soap. Caroline's Kitchen: Jams and jellies, No Way No Sugar jams and jellies, pure fruit spreads, chutney, relish, vegetable bouillon, vegan "chicken" bouillon, zucchini bread mix, carrot bread mix. Jacqui uses the cooking lessons she received from her Nana Caroline. Nana prepared each and every meal from scratch in her kitchen. Our jams, jellies, fruit spreads, marmalade, chutney, and relish are  kettle cooked and hand stirred in small batches to create all-natural preserves. Ledge Top Farm: (Tom is a founding member!) Fresh vegetables grown in greenhouses by aquaponics. Their heated greenhouse provides greens all year long. Grown to organic standards. Tilapia may be available at times.
